Delaney is organized, efficient, and extremely detail oriented. She has real estate experience in an operational, marketing, and sales capacity, bringing a well rounded skill set to the team. She enjoys the condo project arena as well as single-family homes and condo re-sales. Delaney has proven herself as a luxury expert in the Downtown, Central Austin, and South Austin markets. She is a proud resident of the Rosedale neighborhood, with her husband, twin toddler boys, dog, and two cats.
KENDALL BROWN SWINGLER
Residing in downtown Austin, Kendall lives and breathes both the market and the lifestyle. She has a passion for connecting people and has cultivated a rich network of friends and clients, which enables her to quickly connect sellers to buyers and vice versa. This role demands an inherent dedication to the highest level of customer service and client engagement. Kendall has also proved herself in the condo project arena and single family home sales.
